Ways to order
Orders can be placed through our website via our online shop, by visiting us in person by appointment only or via a print party. All orders must be paid for in full at time of ordering. We accept cheque, cash and payment via paypal through the website.
If ordering through our on line shop you will receive a mail order kit within 3 days – up to 10 days for international customers.
Taking the fingerprints is a very simple, quick and easy process. In the kit you will find straight forward step by step instructions on how to do this. On return of the fingerprint impressions in the pre-paid envelope provided we email you to confirm we have received them safely back to our studio and will start work straight away to create your unique piece of jewellery.
We aim to get your finished item to you within 3 weeks of taking the fingerprint/receiving fingerprint mould. Sometimes this can be slightly longer in the busy times of the year i.e. mothers/father’s day, Christmas etc. Please let us know if you require anything fast and we will endeavour to do our best for you.
We are happy to store your child’s fingerprint mould for up to 12 months if you wish for us to do so. This then enables you to re-order new items in the future without having to take the fingerprint impressions again unless you want to.
Each individual fingerprint is handcrafted at every stage of the making process to ensure our excellent attention to detail and highest standard.
We made some lovely cufflinks with you at a party recently and gave them to my husband on father's day. He loved them! I will certainly be thinking about hosting a party nearer Christmas. Janey
